What types of condos do you offer, and what are the starting prices?
Citiluxx offers luxurious, modern, and brand-new apartments ranging from 3½ to 5½ rooms, with generous floor areas between 640 and 1,440 sq. ft. Depending on the layout you choose, our floor plans adapt to your lifestyle with options for 1 or 2 full bathrooms. In addition, many of our units include a “den” (an alcove or built-in open office space), a highly sought-after feature that’s ideal for working from home.
The starting monthly rates are as follows:
- 3 ½ (1 bedroom): starting at $1,932/month (1 bathroom, den option available)
- 4 ½ (2 bedrooms): starting at $2,324/month (units available with 1 or 2 bathrooms; units with a den also available)
- 5 ½ (3 bedrooms): starting at $3,282/month (large family-sized units with 2 bathrooms)
What exactly is included in Citiluxx's “all-inclusive” rental package?
To give you complete peace of mind and simplify your monthly budget, the rental price includes: 5 high-end appliances, all heating and air conditioning costs, electricity, hot water, and unlimited access to all of the community’s facilities and common areas.
What are the interior finish standards and features of the condos?
Our units stand out for their high-end, contemporary design: spacious open-concept living areas, abundant windows that maximize natural light, 9-foot-high ceilings, elegant quartz kitchen countertops, spacious, ergonomic kitchens, and very large balcony-terraces measuring at least 10 feet by 14 feet.
