Does the building's construction ensure superior soundproofing between units?
Special attention was paid to the building’s soundproofing. Everything was designed with this in mind, in particular by increasing the rigidity of the floor beams beyond current standards.
Are pets (dogs and cats) allowed in the Citiluxx community?
Yes, pets are welcome at Citiluxx! We understand that your four-legged friends are part of the family, especially since the neighborhood has a wonderful dog park nearby where they can run and play. Certain conditions and restrictions apply.
Is there a strict weight limit (e.g., less than 25 lb) or a maximum number of pets allowed per condo?
Yes, one pet weighing up to 15 lbs is allowed.
Is high-speed Internet (Wi-Fi) included in the all-inclusive package?
Although electricity and heating are included, the cost of a private internet connection for your unit is usually the tenant’s responsibility, so you can choose your own provider and bandwidth. However, high-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout our common areas (lounge, workspaces, gym).
What is the monthly rental fee for a space in the underground garage?
The rental fee for a secure, heated indoor parking space is $153 per month. We encourage you to reserve your space when you sign your lease, as spaces are limited.
How does the allocation of electric vehicle charging stations work from a technical standpoint? Are these shared facilities, or are they private stations installed directly at the tenant’s designated indoor parking space? Are there any fees?
This is a shared infrastructure managed by an online application. Users pay recharge fees based on their usage.
Is it possible to reserve certain common areas for family events?
Absolutely. Some of our exclusive spaces, such as the multipurpose room with its shared kitchen or the movie theater, can be reserved by residents for private events or receptions. A simple online reservation system is available.
Are the building and the condo units universally accessible to people with limited mobility?
Yes, Citiluxx was designed to offer maximum accessibility. The building is equipped with modern elevators serving all floors, including the underground parking garage, and several apartment layouts feature adapted designs with generous clearances.
